We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi! As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising operations, and leading a team to success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
