Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist the store manager in daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and lead a team to success. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and address customer concerns.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience is a plus.
