Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in overseeing daily store operations, managing the team, and ensuring the store's performance meets company standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and developing staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
