As part of the store management, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at ALDI.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
