Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities for team development
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory and product merchandising

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Prior retail management experience preferred
