We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance operational results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities for team growth and performance improvement
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and drive performance
