Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, ensure overall store performance, manage schedules, and develop operational action plans. You will play a key role in identifying training opportunities to grow and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvements.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
