Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.

- Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for strategic adjustments.
- Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
- Supervise team operations, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer service excellence.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in a retail environment, with prior management experience preferred.
- Operational knowledge of equipment and ability to operate a cash register.
