Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at ALDI. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, supervising the team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
- Monitor and maintain proper stock levels and product presentation.
- Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Ability to lead and provide excellent customer service.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
