We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising operations, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product handling.
• Supervise store operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and cash register efficiently.
