Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to optimize store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product freshness, and proper stock levels.
• Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general store duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
