Job Title: Associate Director, Analytics & Insights
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $152,000-$228,000 per year
As the Associate Director, Analytics & Insights at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, you will lead the Analytics & Insights team in applying cutting-edge methodologies to generate insights and actions to drive business decisions. Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and analysis of brand and market performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Shape and communicate insights-driven, analytics-based recommendations.
- Apply advanced analytics methodologies for generating novel insights and actions.
- Lead digital and promotional response analytics.
- Work with matrix teams to contribute to strategic meetings and enhance collaborative insights sharing.
- Analyze key brand metrics and provide data to support business management.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and pharmaceutical data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
