Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a talented Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our dedicated team. As part of the Analytics & Insights team, you will lead in applying advanced analytics methodologies to generate innovative insights and actions, driving business decisions and understanding performance. Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics to uncover opportunities and identify performance drivers.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunity and risk assessment.
• Contribute to brand executive review meetings and provide key national-level data for business management.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and business partners.
