Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the data and analytics platforms used by the Jazz Global Clinical Development Operations department. You will lead a team of professionals, manage technology platforms, and contribute to the growth of the group within the GCDO structure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
• Optimize Jazz’s use of the platforms and implement change management strategies.
• Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with senior leadership.
• Interface with clinical data platform technology vendors.
• Maintain knowledge in technology as applied to clinical trials.
• Create and review technology RFPs and engage in the vendor selection process.
• Collaborate with IT partners to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
• Experience in designing visualization tools in a clinical trial data visualization environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 10 years in a clinical trial role with 3 years of line management and leadership responsibilities.

Compensation

This role offers a base pay range of $152,000-$228,000, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible paid vacation.
