Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison for the Hematology-Oncology team. This strategic leadership role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons, ensuring field-based medical support aligns with research and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide MSLs in building relationships with thought leaders in Hematology-Oncology.
- Develop and coach MSLs to support high performance and strategic alignment.
- Maintain territory engagement plans and ensure accurate reporting of clinical insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and respond to medical/scientific inquiries.
Requirements
- MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with Oncology experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, managing experience a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Field-based role with up to 60% travel required.
