Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is currently seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our passionate team at our Evergreen and Littleton locations. As a key member of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of the brewing process, from conceptualization to packaging and serving on our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a commercial brewer or in the beer industry.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the brewing industry, including standing for long periods, working in various environments, working at heights, handling chemicals and machinery, and lifting weights up to 55lbs.
• Strong time management, work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills for interactions with patrons, event attendees, and representing the company.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Experience with canning and draft line cleaning, attention to detail, and high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation as the role requires flexibility between both locations.

This position offers: Competitive hourly compensation based on experience, full-time employment, with the possibility of overtime when required. No funds are available for applicant relocation.
