Offerings:

• $100 per month Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Competitive Hourly Wage
• 8-hour shifts PT available

Position Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing professional resident care and ensuring their well-being in a safe and compassionate manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values
• Assist with daily living activities such as medication reminders, bathing, grooming, and more
• Offer emotional and social support to residents
• Document daily assistance provided following protocols
• Respond to resident issues and concerns, ensuring confidentiality and respect
• Attend required training and meetings
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Perform assigned duties and responsibilities

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required
• Experience with the elderly preferred
