Join the ALDI team as a Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers. In this role, you will operate registers, stock shelves, and maintain store appearance while delivering exceptional service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide outstanding customer service and offer assistance as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Create visually appealing displays following merchandising guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain store organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work collaboratively.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
