Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cashier/Stocker (Part-Time) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Cashier, you will handle customer transactions with speed and accuracy while providing top-notch customer service. As a Stocker, you will ensure our shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness at checkout areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
• Organize new inventory and ensure a tidy shopping environment.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
