Job Description
We are looking for diligent individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. As part of our collaborative work environment, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, and maintaining the store's appearance.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and maintain product freshness.
- Create visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Operate machinery safely and follow procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail work experience is a plus.
