Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Operate cash registers, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Follow inventory guidelines, adhere to cash policies, and maintain store security.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, rotate inventory, and create attractive displays.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all prescribed safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and effective time management.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience and product knowledge are advantageous.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
