Job Description
ArcBest II ABF Freight is seeking motivated and dedicated CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Drivers to join our team in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will be an essential part of building and maintaining strong customer relationships while utilizing cutting-edge technology to carry out your responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pickup and delivery of cargo within close proximity to the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using industry-standard techniques and procedures.
- Perform varied duties and follow schedules based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
- At least 1 year of tractor/trailer experience preferred; training options available for less experienced drivers.
- Must possess a valid Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements.
- Stable work history and strong work ethic are expected.
- Clean driving records and successful completion of DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
