Job Description
We are currently looking for a CDL-A Hazmat and Doubles Truck Driver to join our team at ArcBest II ABF Freight in Honolulu, HI. As a City Driver, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring the efficient pickup and delivery of cargo using up-to-date technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center.
- Load and unload trailers using dock worker procedures and technology.
- Adhere to assigned duties and schedules based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of tractor/trailer experience required; training may be provided for less experienced candidates.
- Class A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and HAZMAT endorsements mandatory.
- Stable work history with a strong work ethic.
- Clean driving records and ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
