Job Description

We are hiring a Certified Fitness Lead at VASA Fitness to join our passionate, fun, and united team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and creating a world-class fitness experience for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to fit each client's needs.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales goals.
