Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Position Overview

The Certified Fitness Lead at VASA Fitness is responsible for advancing the personal training business by exceeding all fitness financial targets at their club. This role involves leading a high-performing team to enable members to achieve their fitness goals and ensuring a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate personalized training programs and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Create a welcoming environment and foster client-trainer relationships.
• Support personal trainers' growth and development through coaching and resources.
• Drive sales through member interactions, consultations, and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Certification in personal training is preferred.
