Certified Personal Training Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness and lead the personal training business at our club. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to exceed fitness financial targets, deliver exceptional training sessions, and create a welcoming environment for our members.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to fit the needs of each client, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal training clients receive the best value and over-deliver on services.
• Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Contributing to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.

Requirements

• Certification in Personal Training.
• Proven experience in personal training and leadership roles.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
