Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to meet the individual needs of each client.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive training environment.
• Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
