Tenet-Alabama is looking for a motivated Neurology Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team in Homewood, Alabama. As the Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff and operations in the Neurology department, ensuring optimal patient care delivery and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff within the unit.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels, equipment, and supplies for quality patient care.
• Assist in providing direct nursing care to patients in the Neurology unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience in the Neurology specialty area.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
