Job Description

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time RN for the Newark, DE, and surrounding area. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient discharge plans are in place. IV proficiency is required, and training is available for new staff.

Requirements

• BSN required, ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
