Job Title: ChristianaCare HomeHealth Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to join our team in New Castle County, DE. As a successful candidate, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Assist in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
