Position
Full-time, part-time, and per diem LPN positions available in New Castle County, DE. Day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays/year.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans and participate in patient discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
