Job Description
ChristianaCare is hosting an in-person hiring event for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) specializing in HomeHealth. Our team provides comprehensive OASIS-E training and utilizes a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system with a Class 5 rating.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans and participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Benefits and Compensation
- Salary: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
- Work types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.
- Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week.
