Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time RN to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of start date.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- IV proficiency or willingness to train.
