Are you an experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) interested in joining a team that provides comprehensive OASIS-E training and supportive leadership? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support patients in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning for geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
