Join the Cicis Pizza team as a Shift Leader and play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills in product preparation and service delivery.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, seeking and utilizing feedback to enhance overall operations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to exceed guest expectations, maintain quality and cleanliness standards, and foster a positive team environment.
• Contribute to sales and profit targets through excellent guest service, sales initiatives, and efficient usage of systems.
• Manage inventory levels, cash procedures, and uphold safety and security standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in multitasking and leadership during busy shifts.
• Bilingual proficiency may be advantageous in certain markets.
