We are looking for a dedicated Cicis Shift Leader to join our expanding team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive top-quality products and services while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional operational skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, gather feedback, and implement strategies to enhance operations and customer loyalty.
• Supervise and train restaurant staff, manage shift staffing levels effectively, and coach team members for improved performance.
• Drive sales through excellent guest service and team product training, contributing to overall profit goals.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage cash duties, and uphold safety and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency in multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred in certain markets.

Additional Information

• Non-exempt, hourly position.
• Employment contingent upon satisfactory background check results.
