Construction Cost Project Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for managing construction costs on a national level and collaborating with divisional real estate teams to evaluate construction bids.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers on negotiating with contractors.
• Prepare detailed bid analysis and reports for project award decisions.
• Research alternative materials and methods for cost-effective practices.
• Collaborate with team members and provide leadership with relevant information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction cost software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
