Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Cost Project Analyst to join our National Real Estate Services team at Aldi. As a Construction Cost Project Analyst, you will collaborate with divisional real estate teams to manage construction costs at a national level. Your role will involve evaluating construction bids, ensuring cost alignment with project scopes, and monitoring market pricing trends.

Responsibilities

• Work with Construction Managers to negotiate with contractors.
• Prepare bid analysis to determine the most qualified bidder.
• Provide pricing data to divisions to maintain consistency.
• Research alternative materials and methods for cost savings.
• Review contract pricing and market fluctuations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Estimating.
• Proficiency in RS Means software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
