Customer Exit Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Exit Representative to join our high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will assist customers at our airport rental locations by providing excellent service as they exit. Your responsibilities will include checking driver's licenses and rental agreements, inspecting vehicles, entering data, offering additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and basic computer skills.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in various shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
