Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies while ensuring data security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Proficiency in customer service and cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience is a plus
