Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our workforce, your role will involve stocking merchandise, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays with care.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate openly with management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to maintain store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred.
