Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Job Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
