Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your focus on exceptional customer service will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, report issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
