Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers with exceptional service.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with the management team.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
  • Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and lifting merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task efficiently in a retail environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
