Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and assist in inventory counts.
• Operate cash register efficiently and comply with cash policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
