Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking and merchandising practices. This is a full-time position offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
