Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team will contribute to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure shelves are neatly organized
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
- Adherence to company policies and standards
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
