Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security measures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
