Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and assist in various store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail work experience is a plus.
  • A blend of education and experience is acceptable.
