Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures with attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
